Terms and conditions for ordering through Auriga Jewellery Direct.

1)     Goods will only be despatched once full payment has been received via our Paypal secure payment gateway.

2)     We endeavour to deliver all goods within 3 days of order but this can be extended by circumstances beyond our control.

3)     Orders can only be delivered to the address that the credit card is billed to and a signature will be required when received.

4)  Any order may be exchanged for items for similar or greater value (after paying the difference) within 14 days of order receipt providing the items are returned in 'as new' condition in the original packing. Returned goods must be received and validated by Auriga Jewellery before new items can be despatched. 

5)     All orders undergo strict quality checking and any faults or damage should be reported immediately. Refunds can only be made if the goods are found to be faulty or damaged and goods must be returned before being completed.
